Intake Appointment
An Intake must be completed prior to services being started to be sure Parenting Matters is able to properly support the individual family and their unique circumstances. The intake is done in two separate appointments with each Co-Parent or Guardian of the child(ren). There is a fee for the intake meeting. All appointments are prepaid 7 days in advance, unless other arrangements are made with the Program Director, Sarah McKennon. Third party contracts will be paid according to the individual contracts. Please request an intake form from visit@aparentingmatter.com
